Our Client Process in Eight Steps

1. Initial Client Meeting
We can meet with you through various venues:
- FaceTime, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams
- Email or telephone
- A visit to our showroom to experience our products and concepts firsthand
The initial conversation aims to explain our process, provide product knowledge, and gather pertinent information such as documents, designs (if available), and any additional details needed to serve your requirements.

2. Initial Development
Based on the information from the initial meeting, we will assign a Product Manager and Merchandiser. Their roles include:
- Collaborating with you and our design team to create and refine your hat design
- Determining target prices, fabric content, hat construction, colors, packaging requirements, quantities, and timelines
- Synthesizing all information into a working matrix shared between you and our team

3. Establishing Factories to Meet Your Needs
With our global network of factories, we ensure that we can meet your specific requirements and expectations, including:
- Meeting delivery parameters such as Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs), price targets, and testing requirements
- Ensuring factories comply with environmental and social standards

4. Design & Development
The design process can begin in several ways:
- If you provide design concepts, our design department will expand and incorporate them into Computer-Aided Designs (CADs) for your review
- If no design concepts are available, our design team will collaborate with you to develop various creative design concepts
- Presenting a wide variety of available yarns and fabrications for your selection
- Developing color palette storyboards for your review

5. Prototype Development Sampling
After concluding all prerequisites in design development, we will begin building a prototype sample for your review. This process involves:
- Our Shanghai office personnel acting as the conduit with the factory undertaking the sample development
- Producing the prototype sample within a 2-3 week period for your review, barring any unforeseen circumstances

6. Review and Prototype Product Editing
Our development team, in collaboration with you, will:
- Review all comments regarding fit, fabrication, and any additional requirements
- Prototype and review all artwork for sew-in labels, embellishments, and hangtags
- Produce a second prototype sample, incorporating all relevant comments, to be received and reviewed within a 2-3 week period

7. Pre-production, Bulk Production & Quality Control
Upon receiving your official purchase order with all pertinent information, we will:
- Order and dye all yarns and fabrics to your specifications, with dye swatches submitted for approval
- Order all hangtags, sew-in labels, and embellishments as per your prototype sample approvals
- Have representatives from our Shanghai offices visit and ensure quality control on all production
- Send random production samples to our offices for further quality control inspection

8. Exiting the Factory and Delivery
Finally, we will:
- Prepack all products as per your instructions
- Label master cartons with final delivery destinations, which may involve multiple destinations determined during the initial matrix development
- Send goods to our forwarder or a forwarder of your choice for consolidation
- Ship goods Free On Board (F.O.B.) or landed-duty-paid to your country of choice
- Advise you of the booked shipping vessel and estimated arrival time
- Conduct follow-up communication to ensure your total satisfaction
